Application Terms and Refund Policy

These Application Terms govern all applications submitted to Iconic Glam Kids®, a publication of Iconic Fashion Kids Mag, LLC (“Iconic Glam Kids,” “we,” “us”). By submitting an application, the applicant (“you”) agrees to these terms, which form part of our Terms of Service.

1. Application Fees

Applications for the Stories Edition (ages 6 to 13) are free of charge. Applications for the Notes Edition (ages 0 to 5) are subject to a non-refundable photo review fee of $12. Payment of a fee does not affect selection.

An optional Priority Review is available for $19. Priority Review determines the order in which applications are reviewed and has no effect on selection or placement. The Priority Review fee is non-refundable.

2. Featured Children

Each child selected for publication receives:

• An editorial feature in the issue stated in the selection notice
• A Certificate of Editorial Feature
• A watermarked tearsheet of the child’s published pages

The certificate and tearsheet are issued following the release of the issue. Digital and print editions are sold separately. The purchase of any edition has no bearing on selection.

3. Application Materials

Photographs must meet our magazine standard: in focus, well lit, with the child clearly visible, a minimum of 2000 pixels on the longest side, and supplied in JPG or PNG format without heavy filters. Professional photography is not required. Applicants are asked to answer a short set of questions about the child.

Where submitted photographs or answers do not meet our standard, we will offer one opportunity to provide replacements before an application is declined.

4. Review and Response Period

Applications are reviewed within two (2) weeks of submission. We will contact you at the email address provided on your application to confirm the feature, request replacement materials, or decline the application.

You must respond within twenty-one (21) days of the application date. Applications without a response within this period will be closed. Requests for additional time received within this period may be moved to a later issue at no additional cost. Applicants are responsible for monitoring their inbox, including spam and promotions folders, during this period.

5. Issue Assignment

Features are published in the next available issue following acceptance. The issue month is confirmed in the selection notice.

6. Selection and Placement

The selection of featured children, and of cover, back cover, Editor’s Choice and spotlight placements, is made at the sole discretion of our editors. Placements are not available for purchase.

7. Editions

Effective with the November 2026 issues, each issue is published in two editions. Keepsake editions, offered to featured families, include the parent’s letter to the child. The Family Edition, available in our magazine shop following release, does not include the parent’s letter.

Issues published before November 2026 are unaffected, and families featured in those issues remain eligible to order copies at the regular price. Prices for issues from November 2026 onward are as stated on the applicable order form or product page at the time of purchase.

8. Consent to Publication

By submitting an application, you consent to the publication of your child’s photographs and story in our digital and print editions, on our social media channels, and in future Iconic Glam Kids books.

9. Physical Products

Printed magazines, framed prints and merchandise are governed by our Return Policy.
