If your photograph cannot meet our standard, or there is nothing we can build a page around, we will tell you. Full details are set out in our Application Terms.
1.4 Distribution & Print-on-Demand Rights
I understand and consent that Iconic Glam Kids may distribute the magazine issue containing my childโs feature through print-on-demand services, online retailers (including but not limited to Amazon KDP, Magcloud, Issuu, and similar platforms), and direct sales channels. 1.5 Editorial & Non-Commercial Nature
I understand that participation in Iconic Glam Kids is editorial and non-commercial in nature. No fees are paid to the child featured, and no employment relationship is created. My childโs feature is a celebratory editorial inclusion, not paid modeling or acting work. I grant these rights on a worldwide basis, in all media now known or later developed.

We will always credit you or your childโs name (or social media handle if provided) whenever the content is featured. Iconic Glam Kids celebrates families of all backgrounds. We do not discriminate based on gender, orientation, race, color, disability, or religion. I understand that featured family selection is editorial only and is not influenced by purchase of any keepsake package, application fee, or any other payment. All optional keepsake packages are offered only after editorial selection has been made.
1.8 Permission & Usage
By submitting this form, I grant Iconic Glam Kids permission to use my childโs image, likeness, and story in print and digital publications, website features, social media posts, and related promotional content.
